June 14, 2022 – Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the global expert in identifying and developing world-class leaders, is proud to announce the firm has hired Lacey Savage as a consultant. Her first day with Vantage was May 31, 2022.

In her new position, Savage works with clients on a variety of programs. She deploys proven coaching techniques, development practices, and assessment systems. Savage works across all of Vantage’s practice areas, including succession planning, family enterprise consulting, and leadership development.

Savage brings 10 years of practicing clinical psychology with her to Vantage. She was most recently an organizational development psychologist at Diversus Health (formerly AspenPointe Behavioral Health Services) in Colorado Springs, CO for 4.5 years, where she provided consultation services to the executive leadership team on organizational health, policies, and change management practices. Her expertise helped to improve culture, client care, and employee development. She also created the equity, diversity, and inclusion program for the business, amongst numerous other responsibilities. Savage reported to the chief medical officer. Before Diversus, Savage was a full-time psychologist at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services: PACE and a clinical adjunct faculty member and clinical supervisor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Aging Center.
Savage is a licensed psychologist in the State of Colorado and certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment (Level 1, 2, and TEAM Report). She is also a member of the American Psychological Association (Division 13: Consulting Psychology) and the Society of Psychologists in Leadership. Savage earned her Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University in 2016; her Master of Clinical Psychology from the same institution in 2012, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Asbury University in 2004.
Despite the pandemic’s negative impacts on the global economy, Vantage continues to experience significant growth and recognition. In March, Sara Nelson joined Vantage to head the firm’s marketing efforts and River was named to the partnership group in April 2021. The firm has also made a handful of other important additions to the team in the last few years. Most recently, Vantage was honored to showcase 15 presenter and panelist engagements at this year’s annual SIOP conference in Seattle, WA.
