Chelsea joined Vantage in May 2024 through the internship program. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Chelsea attended the University of Missouri and graduated with degrees in Business Administration and International Studies in 2020. She received her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University in 2023 and is expecting to earn her PhD in 2026. Her research interests include time-based conflicts and individual differences, interdisciplinary teams, and intra-national culture.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys listening to music, practicing yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
