Isabel joined Vantage in 2025 as an intern. She is a 2021 graduate of Beloit College, where she received her B.S. in Psychology & Spanish. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. She researches leader perceptions and development through an intersectional lens.
In addition to working at Vantage, Isabel works as Graduate Assistant for the Leadership Academy at Illinois Tech where she assists in the development of leadership programming for 30 undergraduate students.
Outside of work, Isabel can be found working out, travelling around the world, or cooking new recipes.
