Mike consults with organizations worldwide on issues of talent selection, succession planning and acceleration of leadership development. He specializes in the assessment and coaching of CEO candidates and provides executive coaching globally, primarily for succession planning and leadership development. His Strategic Leadership Model and Top Talent Indicators are cornerstones of Vantage’s approach. He has developed a methodology for assessing world class talent, which is the basis of the Master Assessor Program (MAP), a process for transferring assessment capability to leaders. In addition, he developed and leads Vantage’s Board Evaluation Practice, which leads to improved Board performance and Director development.
