Isaiah joined Vantage in 2025 as an Intern/Research Associate. He is a graduate of The University of Maryland, College Park where he received his Master’s in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology. He is currently a PsyD student at Claremont Graduate University in Organizational Psychology with an I/O concentration focusing on practical application. With his background and interests in organizational development/effectiveness, people analytics, and organizational justice, he hopes to build and evaluate organizational practices and programs to enhance employee outcomes and organizational performance.
