Jasmin is the Leadership Development Programs service area lead at Vantage. She specializes in designing transformative experiences that result in tangible, measurable leadership growth. Her approach integrates modern research and best practices while meeting her clients’ unique needs. She has particular expertise in merging data analysis and evidence-backed insights with storytelling. As a facilitator, she has delivered workshops and sessions that engage audiences in a learning journey.
With Vantage since 2017, Jasmin honed her skills in individual assessment, coaching, talent development, and team engagement. As a coach, she emphasizes the importance of self-awareness. She believes the key to navigating work transitions, industry disruptions, and complex environments is effective self-management. Thus she takes her coaching clients through exercises that challenge their assumptions and equip them with the tools to better manage their reputations. In all her work, she enjoys leveraging her psychology research background centered around the experiences of leaders from underrepresented groups, team dynamics, and power/status interactions. She also has experience consulting with nonprofit organizations to create team engagement plans.
Jasmin holds a Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. During this journey, she had experience as a lecturer within multiple Psychology disciplines, as a laboratory manager, and conducting research presented at various conferences.
