Jan. 30, 2023 – Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the global expert in identifying and developing world-class leaders, is proud to announce that Kathrina Dubnicek was promoted to chief administrative officer. Stephanie Clay has also been elevated to director of human resources, learning, and development. Dubnicek and Clay each assumed their new roles on Jan. 1, 2023.

In her new position, Dubnicek works with other members of the leadership team to focus on companywide initiatives. She continues to be responsible for oversight of all human resources, benefits, and financial operations. Dubnicek joined Vantage more than 13 years ago.
Before Vantage, Dubnicek worked in project, program, and office management in a variety of industries, including film, television, & video, intellectual property law, and on and off-Broadway theater. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in communications from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN.
As director of HR, learning, and development, Clay focuses primarily on Vantage employee engagement, training, and talent management. She brings innovation and creative problem-solving to the firm’s operation and culture. She reports directly to Dubnicek.

“As a champion of the organization’s culture, this role is involved with recruiting and onboarding at all levels, as well as managing our growing administrative team,” says Clay. “In my new role, I ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with the organization’s goals and I am a leader in the firm’s technology initiatives.”
Before accepting her new position with Vantage, Clay was the firm’s client services coordinator where she managed a variety of companywide projects and focused on the firm’s technology and internal events. She also supported Partner Michael Tobin. Clay joined Vantage in 2017.
Prior to Vantage, Clay spent time in Nashville, TN where she worked in logistics and in Boston, MA where she managed an education department for a mid-sized professional theater. Clay earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in theater from Illinois Wesleyan University and her Master of Arts in theatre education from Emerson College.

Vantage continues to experience significant growth and recognition. In October 2022, the firm announced Danielle Klene rejoined the firm and Lacey Savage was hired a few months prior. Both are consultants with the firm. In March, Sara Nelson was hired by Vantage to head the business’ marketing efforts. Vantage was honored to showcase 15 presenter and panelist engagements at last year’s annual SIOP conference in Seattle, WA and are poised to present again at the upcoming 2023 SIOP conference in Boston, MA.
