July 10, 2023 – Chicago, IL – Vantage Leadership Consulting, the global expert in identifying and developing world-class leaders, is proud to announce that Bonnie J. Taylor, Ed.D. has joined the firm as a leadership consultant. Her first day was June 5th.

As Vantage’s most recent leadership consultant hire, Dr. Taylor is responsible for a number of endeavors, including providing leadership development, team building and coaching, as well as succession planning, family business transition planning and executive assessments.
“Dr. Taylor is already having a positive impact with our clients,” said Keith Goudy, Ph.D., managing partner. “She will continue to be based in Atlanta, GA as she helps to expand Vantage’s client partnerships nationwide and globally.”
Dr. Taylor has nearly 20 years of expertise in a number of areas, including administrative, strategic and leadership optimization, as well as project management and training, learning, and development. She is a collaborative, strategic and data-driven manager with extensive experience in creating and sustaining critical relationships while building effective teams in fast-paced and complex environments.
Prior to joining Vantage, Dr. Taylor was an executive in the higher education field. She was most recently the assistant vice president and dean of students, division of student affairs for Spelman College from May 2020 through May 2023. Before that, Dr. Taylor was associate dean of students and director of student integrity for Georgia Institute of Technology, where she worked for more than four years. Dr. Taylor also worked for Georgia State University for approximately two years as the coordinator of student conduct. Dr. Taylor worked in the student life department for eight years at Tusculum University.
Dr. Taylor earned her doctor of education degree in educational leadership and administration from East Tennessee State University; her master of arts degree in business administration from King University; and her bachelor of arts degree in speech communication from Muskingum University.
Vantage continues to experience significant growth and recognition. In April, Lees Parkin rejoined the firm in her newly created role as chief of staff. In January, the firm announced Kathrina Dubnicek joined the C-Suite as chief administrative officer, and that Stephanie Clay was promoted to director of human resources. In October 2022, Danielle Klene returned to the firm and Lacey Savage, Psy.D. was hired a few months prior. Both are consultants with the firm. In March 2022, Sara Nelson was hired by Vantage to head the business’ marketing efforts. Vantage was honored to send speakers from the firm to participate in nine sessions at this year’s annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) conference in Boston, MA.
